At the Elite Academy Group, we are dedicated to providing a unique experience for children with the potential to be elite sports stars. Our focus is on empowering young athletes who may face challenges in their everyday life or in educational settings.
We aim to create an environment where they can excel both in sports and academics, overcoming any obstacles that stand in their way.

We are looking for individuals who feel they would excel in a professional sports environment. A desire and passion to be the best they can be within a focused and dedicated environment with an elite coaching team.

Students that excel in a sporting environment but struggle in a classroom environment. Each student will be treated like an individual and their needs and requirements will be met.
They will be treated as professional sports people and as such the discipline, behavior and rules must be followed in order to maintain a space within our school
WHATS INVOLVED IN OUR SCHEDULE
Working closely on a day to day basis we will emerge these children into the world of Professional Sport.
Underpinning the need for their abilities to be nurtured and developed through an amazing array of training sessions with not only practical based sessions they will be shown the science and education behind it to not only develop their skillsets on the field or arena but also off it as well.
Understanding where these children are in their lives and helping them navigate their way through the maze of professional sport requirements whilst working toward helping with their educational skills will help them understand that behaviour, social skills, choosing pathways can be the changing point that they need to succeed in both professional sport and school.
OUR SUMMER CAMP will consist of the following schedule:
❖ 4 weeks
❖ 4 sessions per week
❖ 4 hours per session
❖ Guided Tuition by specialist tutors (including Sen Specialist Tutors)
❖ Elite Level Football Coaching delivered by Qualified Coaches
❖ Elite Level Combat Sports Coaching delivered by National & Internationally Qualified Coaches
❖ Nutrition Advice & Development
Each student will enter into a journey that enhances their sporting ability and prowess alongside a deep dive into how to develop their focus, communication and educational side.
Understanding the psychology of sport and development of mindset which will create a unique insight into what’s required both on and off the pitch or arena!

OUR PROGRAM
Who will be invited to attend:
Working with the local primary (current year 6) and secondary schools (current year 7 & 8) we will be inviting the schools to put forward suitable students they feel would benefit from the Elite Summer Camp and would assist in their behavior upon starting their school in September.
How the selection process will work:
Any student can apply who has strong sporting attributes who maybe struggling in their current environment with the prerequisites as mentioned above.
Once the students application is received and vetted they will go through a sports practical assessment and interview process.
Both the students and the parents or carers will be interviewed separately and then together:
❖ Student will be interviewed
❖ Parents/carers will be interviewed
Once the student is successful they will be invited with their parents or carers to a contract signing.
Both the parents and student will sign the contract that agrees to adhere to the rules we will put in place: eg: attendance, attitude, agreed support, agreement to be coached, listen and learn, agreement to embrace the programme, etc
